Shipping & Returns
Every painting leaves the studio with the same care that went into making it. Below you will find how each work is prepared, shipped, and supported once it arrives.
Shipping
Each artwork is professionally packed in a custom wooden crate to protect it in transit. Shipping costs are based on the size of the piece and its destination, with separate rates for California and the rest of the United States, and are calculated at checkout.
For international shipping, please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange the best option for your location.
Studio Pickup
Collectors in the area are welcome to pick up their artwork directly from Mandie's studio in Monterey, California. Simply select local pickup at checkout, and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
Returns
Due to the unique and original nature of each artwork, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
If an artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the artwork and its packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Approved refunds for damaged items are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
