Coming Together
Mixed media on panel
24" x 6"
Bold color moves in from both sides and meets in the middle. On the left, deep cobalt and royal blue step down the panel in strong, blocky shapes, each with an open window of white cut into it. On the right, rich red and coral climb and spill. Between them, the colors start to blend: turquoise softening into lemon, a streak of orange running down like a seam, little drops of gold where everything touches. The surface is smooth and lustrous, with tiny pools and drips catching light. Mandie poured both sides and coaxed them closer until they found each other. It feels like reconciliation, warm and hopeful, proof that very different things can make something whole.
Celebrating togetherness, it makes a meaningful choice for a dining room, a shared office or a bedroom. The cobalt and red contrast looks striking with navy or terracotta accents, oak furniture and a long table set for friends.

The Collections
Pigment breaks loose across the surface, feathered forms climbing through bands of color, caught in the instant before they open all the way.
Paint falls in continuous vertical streams, layer over layer, color caught mid-descent before it ever reaches the ground.
At the edge of the visible world, resin, pigment powders, and luminous forms suggest planetary landscapes no one has named yet.
Immediate, unguarded and alive. Color erupts, gestures cut across fields of pattern, painting as a way of releasing what words cannot hold.
Burlap, plaster, and mixed media hold the memory of surfaces worn by time, artifacts of a history that was never written down.
Pigment flows in channels across white ground, color finding its own path the way water finds a bed to run through.
Pigment pools and cracks across the surface, veined like a lakebed or a membrane, ground still settling into its shape.
