Small translucent tiles, each one shaped like a tiny brick, line up in neat rows of aqua and sea green, while a band of warm amber orange curves down and around through the middle like a horseshoe or a gentle embrace. Light passes through the glossy plastic pieces so they glow softly, edged in fine bright outlines. A deep navy frame surrounds them, calm and grounding. Mandie set each tile by hand, row after row, letting the pattern grow slowly into something whole. The result feels steady and satisfying, a small celebration of patience and of building something beautiful one careful step at a time.
Tiny and tactile, this is a lovely piece for a desk or a kitchen shelf where the light can shine through its translucent tiles. Sea glass, a small plant, and pale stone nearby echo its aqua rows and that warm curve of amber.

Pigment breaks loose across the surface, feathered forms climbing through bands of color, caught in the instant before they open all the way.
Paint falls in continuous vertical streams, layer over layer, color caught mid-descent before it ever reaches the ground.
At the edge of the visible world, resin, pigment powders, and luminous forms suggest planetary landscapes no one has named yet.
Immediate, unguarded and alive. Color erupts, gestures cut across fields of pattern, painting as a way of releasing what words cannot hold.
Burlap, plaster, and mixed media hold the memory of surfaces worn by time, artifacts of a history that was never written down.
Pigment flows in channels across white ground, color finding its own path the way water finds a bed to run through.
Pigment pools and cracks across the surface, veined like a lakebed or a membrane, ground still settling into its shape.
