A dark green mountain rises at the center, solid and unmoved, its surface pressed with a pattern of tiny round dimples that reads like scales, moss or rain on stone. Above and below it, arched bands of lemon, orange and red curve like rainbows or ridges of warm light, while the clear sky-blue ground holds it all in calm. Two small black dots sit beneath the lower arch, quiet punctuation. Mandie pressed a textured material into the wet green and lifted it away, leaving that dimpled skin, then poured the bright arcs around it and let them flow. It is a portrait of steadfastness, the comfort of something that does not move when the weather changes.
Need a sense of calm in a busy household? This grounded canvas brings stability to a study, a home office or a family room. Deep green or warm plaster walls, stone, leather and walnut furniture all echo its earthy, enduring presence.

Pigment breaks loose across the surface, feathered forms climbing through bands of color, caught in the instant before they open all the way.
Paint falls in continuous vertical streams, layer over layer, color caught mid-descent before it ever reaches the ground.
At the edge of the visible world, resin, pigment powders, and luminous forms suggest planetary landscapes no one has named yet.
Immediate, unguarded and alive. Color erupts, gestures cut across fields of pattern, painting as a way of releasing what words cannot hold.
Burlap, plaster, and mixed media hold the memory of surfaces worn by time, artifacts of a history that was never written down.
Pigment flows in channels across white ground, color finding its own path the way water finds a bed to run through.
Pigment pools and cracks across the surface, veined like a lakebed or a membrane, ground still settling into its shape.
