A golden fan of paint rises and spreads like a seashell or a bird lifting its wing, its thick ribbed strokes pulled outward from a dark curved base. A smaller fan echoes it in the lower right, and three golden beads gather nearby like drops of honey. Behind them, the sky drifts from mint and sky blue to apricot and lemon, with soft white spray scattered across the top like faint stars, and a hint of red glowing near the bottom. Mandie pressed and dragged the paint upward, letting each ridge decide its own height. The piece feels like something slowly opening, hopeful and gentle, ready to show more of itself.
Lean it on a bookshelf, hang it in a hallway cluster, or let it brighten a desk. Its golden fan glows beautifully beside dark walnut, a brass candlestick, and a few seashells or stones, collected objects that echo its organic curves.

The Collections
Pigment breaks loose across the surface, feathered forms climbing through bands of color, caught in the instant before they open all the way.
Paint falls in continuous vertical streams, layer over layer, color caught mid-descent before it ever reaches the ground.
At the edge of the visible world, resin, pigment powders, and luminous forms suggest planetary landscapes no one has named yet.
Immediate, unguarded and alive. Color erupts, gestures cut across fields of pattern, painting as a way of releasing what words cannot hold.
Burlap, plaster, and mixed media hold the memory of surfaces worn by time, artifacts of a history that was never written down.
Pigment flows in channels across white ground, color finding its own path the way water finds a bed to run through.
Pigment pools and cracks across the surface, veined like a lakebed or a membrane, ground still settling into its shape.
